iOS 18 Release Date and Time: When Is It Coming Out?


It’s that time of year again when Apple users eagerly anticipate the next iOS update. This time, there’s plenty to look forward to, including new icon theming, a redesigned Control Center, updates to the Photos app, and RCS support for iMessage, along with all the features coming with Apple Intelligence. iOS 18 Release Date

During its Glowtime event unveiling the iPhone 16, Apple announced that the iOS 18 update will be available on September 16, 2024, for compatible devices. The iPadOS 18 update will also be releasing on the same date.

iOS 18 Supported Devices

All iPhones that received the iOS 17 update are also eligible for iOS 18. This includes older models like the iPhone XR, XS, and XS Max, as well as last year’s iPhone 15 series.
