Xiaomi has launched its Premium Service Centres in India to provide customers with faster and higher-quality repair services for smartphones and tech accessories.
The announcement came via Xiaomi India’s official X social media handle. The brand plans to establish 100 Premium Service Centres across key cities in India. At present, only the centres in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Cochin are operational. Additional locations, including Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai, Pune, and Ahmedabad, are set to open soon.

Xiaomi’s Premium Service Centres Promise Top-Notch Care for Customers
With this new initiative, Xiaomi aims to transform the concept of service centres in India. The brand highlights that its Premium Service Centres will complete 95% of repairs within 24 hours. Equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, thorough quality checks, and readily available spare parts, these centres focus on fast and reliable service.
Moreover, for repairs taking longer than two hours, customers will receive standby devices to maintain seamless connectivity. The centres will also offer hands-on exposure to Xiaomi’s latest products and services, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Xiaomi’s Premium Service Centres to Boost Employment and Customer Support
In addition to serving customers, Xiaomi’s new Premium Service Centres aim to create significant employment opportunities across India. The initiative will emphasize women’s empowerment by hiring more female staff and ensuring that experienced engineers are part of the team.
Each centre will also feature dedicated Customer Relationship Managers to offer personalized support. These managers are expected to be proficient in Hindi, English, and other regional languages, ensuring smooth and effective communication with customers.
