Vivo launched its latest OriginOS 6 mobile operating system in China last week, followed by releases in India and global markets. The company has now officially revealed the rollout schedule for India and worldwide.
OriginOS 6 rollout starts in November 2025
Vivo, through its Indian and global OriginOS social handles, announced the official release timeline. As per the plan, the Vivo X200 series and iQOO 13 will be the first models to receive the software update in early November 2025.

Meanwhile, older models such as the Vivo X100 series and iQOO 12 will follow shortly after, receiving the update by mid-November.
For users of iQOO Neo devices like the Neo 10 and Neo 9 Pro, as well as Vivo “T” series phones including the T4 Ultra and T4 Pro, the update is expected to roll out around mid-December 2025.
Other supported smartphones, such as the iQOO “Z” lineup and older models like the iQOO 11, are scheduled to receive the OriginOS 6 update next year. According to Vivo’s timeline, these devices will start getting it in the first half of 2026.
