The confirmation came through OnePlus India’s official X handle, where the company shared a poster revealing the launch date and time. The launch event is scheduled for November 13, 2025, at 7:00 PM IST, with sales beginning at 8:00 PM IST on OnePlus’ official store and Amazon. The Amazon product page has also gone live.

The OnePlus 15 made its China debut on October 27, 2025, alongside the OnePlus Ace 6. Unlike the OnePlus 13, which arrived in India almost two months after its China release in 2024, this year’s launch is significantly earlier.
In terms of specifications, the OnePlus 15 will be among the first Indian smartphones powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. It will include 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, ensuring top-tier performance. The device will also be the first OnePlus phone to ship with OxygenOS 16 right out of the box.

With OnePlus replacing Hasselblad with its in-house DetailMax Engine, the brand is introducing a new 26MP ultra-clear mode. This feature merges data from 12MP binned images and a 50MP full-resolution capture to deliver more refined details. The camera system includes three 50MP lenses—a wide, ultrawide, and periscope setup.
The DetailMax Engine also brings a Clear Burst mode, capable of capturing 10 frames per second using dual-exposure technology to minimize motion blur. Additionally, a Clear Night Engine enhances brightness and clarity in low-light photography.
Other highlights include a 7,300mAh battery supporting 120W wired and 50W wireless charging. The device features a 6.78-inch 165Hz 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass, along with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor embedded beneath the screen.
With the OnePlus 15 launch just days away, more details about its specifications and pricing are expected to emerge soon. Stay tuned for further updates as we get closer to the event. Meanwhile, Realme is yet to confirm the GT 8 Pro launch date, though it claims its device will be India’s first to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.
