With the OnePlus 15 set to launch in the coming weeks, leaks and rumors continue to surface. The newest reports have unveiled what could be the battery capacity and charging features of the next flagship.
OnePlus 15 Rumored to Boast 7,300mAh Battery with Fast Charging
According to leaker Panda, who shared the news on Weibo, the OnePlus 15 is expected to come with a massive 7,300mAh battery. The device may support 120W fast charging via USB-C and also include 50W wireless charging capabilities.
If these details turn out to be accurate, the OnePlus 15 would represent a significant upgrade over the OnePlus 13, which came with a 6,000mAh battery and 100W fast USB-C charging. However, actual specifications may differ depending on the region in which OnePlus launches the device.
Regarding the launch schedule, the OnePlus 15’s debut in India has already been hinted at, with an expected release in November 2025. The phone is likely to be unveiled in China first, sometime in October 2025. While an official date has not been confirmed, the tipster suggests the launch could happen as early as October 23, 2025.
Additionally, Panda’s post revealed that the OnePlus 15 is expected to have a thickness of 8.1mm and weigh between 211 grams and 215 grams, depending on the color variant. The upcoming flagship is rumored to be available in Titanium, Black, and Purple finishes.

Although OnePlus hasn’t revealed many official details about the smartphone, the company has confirmed that it will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. Additionally, some display specifications have been disclosed, with the flagship expected to feature a 165Hz panel.
The recent leak of the OnePlus 15’s key specifications suggests that the smartphone will feature a triple rear camera setup, including a 50MP Sony LYT-700 main sensor, a 50MP Samsung JN5 telephoto lens with 3.5x zoom, and a 50MP Samsung JN5 ultra-wide camera.
The device is also expected to sport a 6.78-inch 1.5K BOE display with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor underneath. Additional rumored features include enhanced haptics, an IR blaster, an upgraded vapor cooling system, IP68/69 water and dust resistance, and a USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port. The flagship is also believed to come with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage for faster performance.
