Looking at Nothing’s model naming patterns, previous devices—from the original Phone (1) to the latest Phone (3)—never ended with a “T.” The CMF by Nothing series follows a similar approach, with the Phone (3a) and Phone (3a) Pro carrying the model numbers A059 and A059P, respectively.
The inclusion of “T” in the new model’s number suggests it could be a more budget-friendly or toned-down variant, likely the Nothing Phone (3a) Lite. Additionally, the A001 designation may indicate the introduction of an entirely new category of smartphones.
