Ahead of its upcoming launch event on August 14th, Xiaomi seems to be preparing for an impressive lineup. The event is expected to introduce the new Mix Fold 3, Redmi K60 Ultra, a Pro version of the Band 8 wearable, and a large 14-inch 2-in-1 Android tablet called the Pad 6 Max 14.
Xiaomi has given us a sneak peek into the Pad 6 Max 14 with some promotional images that reveal more of its specifications. Confirming previous information, the tablet will indeed sport a massive 14-inch LCD screen with a 144Hz refresh rate. This is a significant upgrade from the 11-inch displays found on the Pad 6 and Pad 6 Pro models. Powering the Pad 6 Max 14 will be a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, which boasts a substantial heat-dissipating vapor chamber measuring 15839mm².
The tablet is geared up with a whopping 10,000 mAh battery, reportedly capable of supporting 67W fast charging and an impressive 33W reverse charging feature. This means you can use the Pad 6 Max 14 as a convenient power bank. Xiaomi is also highlighting the inclusion of the Surge G1 battery management chip, designed to prolong battery life.
Adding to its appeal, the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max 14 is said to house an eight-speaker system, making it an ideal choice for multimedia consumption.
