Mantra Partners With Agri-Tech Giant Dimitra To Drive Blockchain-Powered Agricultural And Sustainability Projects

In a strategic move aimed at restoring investor confidence, blockchain platform Mantra has announced a partnership with Dimitra, a global leader in agri-tech and sustainability solutions. This collaboration is set to bring scalable blockchain-based innovations to agricultural and environmental projects worldwide.

As per details shared the partnership leverages Dimitra’s expertise in blockchain and AI-powered sustainability tools and Mantra’s regulated layer-1 blockchain, specifically designed for tokenizing real-world assets (RWAs). The alliance aims to connect agricultural initiatives with investors seeking transparent, asset-backed opportunities on a compliance-ready blockchain platform.

The first phase of the partnership will focus on two key initiatives: cacao farming in Brazil’s Amazon region and a forest conservation project in Mexico. The Mexico initiative alone is projected to generate around 1 million verifiable carbon credits over a 10-year period. Dimitra’s proprietary carbon tracking and monitoring technology will be used to validate and transparently manage these credits, making them accessible for trading and investment.

The collaboration with Dimitra represents a crucial step in Mantra’s ongoing efforts to recover from recent setbacks. The project faced a significant blow when its native token, OM, plunged from $6.26 to an intraday low of $0.42—shaking investor confidence in its RWA tokenization ambitions.

This partnership follows closely after another high-profile move: blockchain analytics firm Nansen recently joined the MANTRA Chain as a validator. This development added a layer of institutional trust to the platform and reinforced Mantra’s push for credibility within the blockchain space.

Meanwhile, the project continues its token burn initiative—an effort designed to restore faith among its community and stabilize OM’s value. Despite these efforts, OM remains range-bound, trading between $0.37 and $0.42. A recent breakout attempt failed to hold momentum, signaling that investor caution still lingers.
