A recent teaser reveals the phone’s slim sub-6mm body along with a fresh Bronze Green colour variant.
The Motorola Edge 70 may signal Motorola’s comeback to producing slimmer smartphones. Following recent leaked renders, an official teaser has now surfaced, highlighting the device’s cameras, AI capabilities, colour options, and slender design.
Motorola Edge 70 Teaser Suggests Sub-6mm Slim Design
Leaked by Evan Blass on X, the latest Motorola Edge 70 teaser introduces a third colour option alongside the previously revealed grey and green variants. This new shade appears as a darker, matcha-like green, possibly branded as Bronze Green.
The smartphone’s colour lineup could include Bronze Green, Lily Pad, and Gadget Grey. The promotional video also highlights other design details, such as a 50 MP primary rear camera with OIS. However, the spotlight remains on the device’s ultra-slim sub-6mm profile. Unlike some of its premium competitors, the Edge 70 is expected to be an affordable option.
In certain regions, the Edge 70 may be marketed as the Motorola X70 Air, though globally it will likely retain the Edge 70 name. Official specifications are yet to be disclosed.

Given the slim profile of the Edge 70, battery life could be a concern. However, with Motorola already using Silicon Carbon battery technology, it’s likely the device will feature a battery capacity of at least 5,000mAh.
In terms of performance, following its predecessor—the Edge 60 with a Dimensity 7300 chipset—the Edge 70 is expected to feature a mid-range processor, possibly the recently announced MediaTek Dimensity 7360.
No details about the device’s official launch date have been revealed yet. Stay tuned for updates as more information becomes available.
