The upcoming smartphone is rumored to house a massive 7,500mAh battery
When it comes to offering high-performance phones at great value, Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO has consistently impressed with its Neo lineup. Now, the company is preparing to launch the iQOO Neo 11, the direct successor to the iQOO Neo 10.
The brand announced the teaser for its upcoming device on its official Weibo page in China. Although the exact launch date is still unknown, pre-orders have already started in the country. Early buyers will also receive a free Vivo TWS A4 worth 299 Yuan (around ₹4,000).

Additionally, the pre-order listing offers our first official glimpse of the device. At first glance, the phone sports a brushed aluminum mid-frame, identified by visible antenna lines, giving it a premium and solid build compared to the plastic frame of the Neo 10. The camera module also appears slightly recessed, distinguishing it from the previous model.

iQOO Neo 11 may debut as the world’s first Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 smartphone
During the Snapdragon Summit 2025, Qualcomm introduced its Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipsets. These processors are expected to power flagship phones by the end of 2025, though no brand has yet confirmed a launch.
As such, it’s highly likely that the iQOO Neo 11 will become the first smartphone globally to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, especially considering that the iQOO Neo 10 was the first device to run on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4.

Moreover, the Neo 11 is expected to feature a notable battery boost to 7,500mAh, up from the 7,000mAh unit in its predecessor. Its display quality may also see an upgrade from 1.5K on the Neo 10 to 2K resolution on the upcoming model.
Finally, the phone will likely ship with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. Given the current timeline, iQOO Neo 11 is expected to launch by the end of 2025.
