The iQOO 15 is set to debut in India in November 2025, and it will run on OriginOS 6 at launch.
iQOO has officially announced that its upcoming flagship, the iQOO 15, will arrive in the Indian market in November 2025. This comes shortly after Vivo introduced OriginOS 6 in India. The iQOO 15 is expected to deliver top-tier performance, with several of its core specifications already known.
The precise launch date in India remains undisclosed
A teaser posted on iQOO India’s official X account confirms that the smartphone will release in India in November 2025. The image also highlights “powered by OriginOS” and features an illustration of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.

While the teaser does not specify the exact Indian launch date, the iQOO 15 China launch is confirmed for October 20, 2025. Meanwhile, the Realme GT 8 Pro, the first Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 device in India, is expected to launch soon.
Regarding specifications, the iQOO 15 is anticipated to feature a 6.85-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Photography may include a 50MP triple camera setup with wide, ultrawide, and periscope lenses.

Internally, the device could house a 7,000mAh battery with 100W fast charging support. Additional rumored features include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, IP68/69 rating, and a dedicated Q3 chip to enhance gaming performance.
Moreover, the iQOO 15 will support 4D haptics and come with premium speakers. It will also feature a USB-C 3.2 port for high-speed data transfer and display output. The smartphone will run OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 out of the box. More detailed specifications will be revealed upon its official launch.
