Google Pixel 8 Series Launch Date Announced

After numerous rumors and anticipation, Google has officially unveiled the launch date for its upcoming Pixel 8 series of smartphones. The launch is scheduled for October 4 at 10 am ET (7:30 pm IST). This announcement comes shortly after Apple’s revelation of its ‘Wonderlust‘ event set for September 12, where the much-anticipated iPhone 15 lineup is expected to make its debut.

Google has created a dedicated page to provide updates on the upcoming launch. While specifics remain under wraps, we’ve heard a range of rumors that offer insights into what we can expect from the new Pixel phones.

The design of the Pixel 8 series is expected to build upon last year’s Pixel 7 series, with some tweaks, including rounded edges. The Pixel 8 model might be available in colors like Licorice, Peony, and Haze, while the Pixel 8 Pro could feature options such as Licorice, Porcelain, and Sky.
