CMF Buds and Neckband Pro Set to Launch in India on March 5

Nothing’s budget-oriented sub-brand, CMF, is gearing up to unveil two new products as part of its wearables lineup, coinciding with the release of the Nothing Phone (2a). The first offering is the CMF Neckband Pro, followed by the CMF Buds.

Both of these wearables were hinted at in a recent community update. As the launch date approaches, more details about the features of the CMF neckband and TWS earbuds will emerge.

Let’s delve into the Neckband Pro first. It boasts five individual microphones for AI-powered noise cancellation during calls. This innovation is expected to deliver up to 50db hybrid ANC, a pioneering feature in its category, according to the brand.

Meanwhile, the CMF Buds will sport a sizable 12.4mm bio-fiber and custom TPU driver, surpassing the 10mm liquid crystal polymer (LCP) and polyurethane (PU) bass driver found in the Buds Pro.

Both devices will incorporate Ultra Bass Technology 2.0, catering to bass enthusiasts with an added punch. Users will have the flexibility to choose from five adjustable bass levels via the Nothing X companion app. While the final design of the products remains undisclosed, CMF’s track record suggests we can expect high-quality offerings.

These devices are set to debut alongside the Nothing Phone (2a) on March 5, 2024, and will be purchasable from Flipkart. Although their prices are yet to be revealed, they’re expected to be competitively priced to remain competitive in the sub-Rs 3,000 price range.

While the initial CMF product lineup didn’t capture my interest, I’m eagerly looking forward to testing out the Neckband Pro and Buds upon their release. Are you also excited to give these products a try? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
