Five months into 2025, Nothing and its sub-brand CMF have launched three smartphones combined, yet there’s still no news on the Nothing Phone 3. However, at the Android Show: I/O Edition, Nothing CEO Carl Pei made a surprise appearance and revealed the price of the upcoming Nothing Phone 3.

At the Android Show event, Nothing’s CEO revealed that they are going “all in” with the Phone 3. This will be the company’s first true flagship device, boasting “premium materials, major performance upgrades, and software that truly elevates the experience.” Carl also confirmed that the Nothing Phone 3 will be priced at around £800 (~$1,064).

This marks a significant price increase for a company known for mid-range devices since its start. The Phone 2, Nothing’s previous “flagship,” launched at $600. Therefore, the upcoming Phone 3 will need to offer major improvements to justify this higher price.

We can expect at least a triple camera setup, a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor (based on benchmarks), and an LTPO display. Even with these upgrades, the price jump is hard to swallow. Nothing will need to truly outshine the competition to make the Phone 3 stand out against rivals like the Galaxy S25, Pixel 9, and iPhone 16 series.

Carl gave us a first glimpse of the Phone 3—but blurred it out, leaving us guessing about its design. The bar definitely seems set pretty high, so it’s only a matter of time before we see more. What are your expectations for the Nothing Phone 3? Would you buy it at this price? Let us know in the comments below.
