All GTA 5 Hidden Package Locations
GTA 5 has 12 hidden package locations throughout Los Santos. These packages resemble briefcases and contain various amounts of cash, with most located underwater. Be sure to have diving gear, such as a Scuba suit or a Minisub. Below are the hidden money locations:
1. Paleto Cove Briefcase
The first briefcase is on the ocean floor near a plane wreck. Search the aircraft tail for a silver briefcase containing $12,000.
2. North Chumash Briefcase
The second package is located near an airplane wreck. Swim inside the plane’s detached cabin to find this briefcase, which contains $12,500.
3. Los Santos Docks Briefcase
This package is located near the wreck of a tanker ship. Dive into the ocean south of the Los Santos Docks and swim to the seabed to spot it. Collecting this briefcase will earn you $11,000.
4. Zancudo Briefcase
The fourth hidden package is on top of a wrecked ship near Fort Zancudo. Collecting it will reward you with $9,000. There is chances of getting some weapons as well as submarine parts in the wreckage.
5. Pacific Bluffs Briefcase
This package is located on a destroyed submarine sunk deep in the ocean near Pacific Bluffs and contains $25,000.
6. Banning Briefcase
You don’t need scuba gear for this underwater package. $7,500 is located on top of a sunken container northeast of the Los Santos Docks.
7. Murrieta Fields Briefcase
Dive into the ocean east of Terminal and swim to the bottom to find a plane wreck. Look under the right tail wing to collect this briefcase, which rewards you with $16,500.
8. Palomino Highlands Briefcase
This briefcase is nestled among the wreckage of a steamer ship. Head into the ocean near El Burro Heights and swim toward the seabed until you spot a large circular wheel. The briefcase nearby contains $7,000.
9. Tataviam Mountains Briefcase
This briefcase is located in a destroyed ship near the N.O.O.S.E HQ and contains $20,000, the second-highest amount from hidden packages in GTA 5.
10. Ron Winds Alternate Briefcase
This briefcase requires a deep swim to find. It’s located inside the container of a crashed military truck near sunken Rhino tanks and carries $10,000.
11. Paleto Bay Briefcase
The final underwater money package is in eastern Paleto Bay, on the ocean floor near a rusted crop duster. Be cautious of sharks in the area. Collecting this briefcase will give you $8,000.
12. Alturist Camp Hidden Briefcases (Bonus)
These hidden money locations are associated with the Alturist Camp delivery missions that Trevor can complete. The side mission starts when Trevor receives a text from Ron about a cult seeking “lost souls” in exchange for cash. Deliver four victims to the cult to trigger an event that opens their compound.
Once inside, eliminate the cultists to escape, but check every wooden cabin for a total of four briefcases. Each briefcase holds $25,000, for a potential total of $100,000.
