Fortnite OG Chapter 1 Season 3 Brings 50v50 LTM

The standout feature of Season 3 is the iconic return of the 50v50 mode, originally introduced in 2017. This chaotic mode pits two teams of 50 players against each other. Join forces with 49 teammates and fight for victory. The Fortnite OG 50v50 mode will be available until April 14 at 6:00 AM PT.

Fortnite OG Chapter 1 Season 3 Map Changes

In line with the OG theme, there are few changes to the map in this update. The main layout remains similar to Season 2, but fan-favorite location Lucky Landing has been added, offering exceptional loot. Prepare for intense battles upon landing here.

Later in the season, a meteor will appear in the sky, gradually moving closer to the island a nod to the origins of Fortnite Battle Royale.

Fortnite OG Chapter 1 Season 3 Weapons

This season introduces new weapons while retaining some classics. Not all new weapons will be available immediately. Supply llamas and vending machines will be on the map from the start, and Zero Build mode allows players to collect materials for vending machines. Trap placement is now enabled in Zero Build gameplay.

Fortnite Chapter 1 OG Season 3 Pass


The new OG Pass features 45 tiers of rewards reminiscent of Chapter 1 Season 3, allowing players to unlock items inspired by iconic outfits like Power Chord, Raven, and Rex. XP earned in any Fortnite experience contributes to both free and premium rewards in the OG Pass.

Players can purchase the premium rewards for 1,000 V-Bucks or obtain them through Fortnite Crew. Premium rewards include three unique outfits:

  • Power Punk: A cosmetic available immediately upon Pass purchase, featuring a toggleable helmet reminiscent of classic outfits.
  • Mecha R3X: A fierce outfit for taking down foes.
  • Sir Raven: A dark, knightly outfit.

The OG Pass also includes various nostalgic accessories, such as the Rebel Pickaxe and Horizon Rider Glider, along with the Fowl Mantle Back Bling. Accumulate more XP to unlock alternate styles for each outfit and many accessories.

Epic Games has not yet announced an end date for Season 3 OG, but based on previous seasons, it is expected to conclude within 60 days. So gear up for an exciting season ahead!
