Reaching the Second Sea in Blox Fruits
Reaching the Second Sea requires grinding to at least level 700. You can gain experience points (XP) by completing quests and defeating NPCs and bosses on various islands. Consider redeeming the latest Blox Fruits codes for double XP during battles. Follow these steps to advance:
Talk to the Military Detective
Once you hit the level requirement, complete a simple quest to access the Second Sea. Go to Prison Island, located west of Fountain City. If you’re unsure how to find it, refer to the Blox Fruits Map in our guide.
Upon arrival, speak with the Military Detective NPC. He’ll assign you a task to track down Don Swan, who is with the Ice Admiral in Frozen Village, and provide a key to access the Ice Admiral’s location. Note that this quest is available only if you are level 700 or higher.
Defeat the Ice Admiral
Next, head to Frozen Village and enter the secret cave where you learned techniques from the Ability Teacher NPC. Inside, you’ll find a small brown door that leads to the Ice Admiral NPC, a level 700 boss. The Ice Admiral uses Ice Fruit abilities like Ice Surge and Glacial Epoch.
You can dodge Ice Surge by maintaining distance and avoiding Glacial Epoch with Air Jumps and Flash Steps. Equip yourself with high-damage fruit and employ ranged attacks for an easier fight. Check our Blox Fruits tier list for the best options.
Transport to the Second Sea
After defeating the Ice Admiral, interact with the Experienced Captain in Middle Town to be transported to the Second Sea. This same NPC will help you move to the Third Sea once you meet the requirements there.
