Xiaomi 15T Spotted on Geekbench with Dimensity 8400

Xiaomi is preparing to launch the 15T series this month, and the devices are already showing up on Geekbench. The standard Xiaomi 15T is the latest listing, featuring a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chipset and running on an older Android 15 build.

As spotted by X user Abhishek Yadav, the Xiaomi 15T appeared on Geekbench’s AI benchmark with 12GB RAM. It recorded scores of 1,336 (single precision), 1,356 (half precision), and a quantized score of 1,974.

The Dimensity 8400 is an octa-core chipset built on a 1+3+4 configuration, featuring all ARM Cortex-A725 cores clocked at 3.25 GHz, 3.0 GHz, and 2.10 GHz. Its higher-end sibling, the Xiaomi 15T Pro, is expected to feature the Dimensity 9400+ and might launch as a rebadged Redmi K80 Ultra.

In terms of specs, the Xiaomi 15T is rumored to pack a 5,500mAh battery with 67W fast charging. The phone may also sport a triple-camera setup, including a 50MP wide main sensor, a 13MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP telephoto camera.

There’s no word yet on whether the device will launch in India, but the base 12 GB + 256 GB model is expected to be priced at 649 euros (around ₹66,500).

Xiaomi is likely to debut the Xiaomi 15T and 15T Pro later this month (September 2025), though an exact launch date is still unknown. More details about the 15T series specifications will be revealed soon, so stay tuned.
