Vivo is gearing up to unveil its next flagship lineup, the Vivo X300. While many of its rumored specifications have already surfaced, the official launch date remained a mystery—until now.
According to a report by Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the first phone powered by the Dimensity 9500 chipset is expected to launch on October 13, 2025. This device is likely to be part of the Vivo X300 series, which was previously tipped as the first to incorporate MediaTek’s latest SoC.

With the rumored launch date just a month away, Vivo may soon make an official announcement on its Weibo account. The company has already teased the design of the X300 series.
The Vivo X300 lineup is expected to include two models: the standard X300 and the X300 Pro. Additionally, a Vivo X300 Ultra is anticipated, likely featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and slated for an April 2026 release. The standard X300 has already been spotted on Geekbench running the Dimensity 9500 chipset.

The Vivo X300 is expected to be a compact device, featuring a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED display and improved haptics compared to its predecessor. The series may also include a custom signal chip developed by Vivo in collaboration with MediaTek.
Additionally, the devices are likely to support 4-lane UFS 4.1 storage, potentially increasing read-write speeds by up to 70%. The X300 Pro could sport a 200 MP telephoto lens paired with a 50 MP periscope telephoto lens featuring Zeiss T* coating. The main camera is rumored to be a 50 MP gimbal-grade shooter, while the front camera may be a 50 MP Zeiss unit with autofocus.
With the rumored launch date approaching, the official announcement is expected soon. More leaks and details may surface in the coming weeks, and we’ll continue to cover them.
