The Vivo X300 series is shaping up to be one of this year’s most anticipated flagship smartphones. Vivo has now confirmed significant camera upgrades for the Vivo X300 Pro, emphasizing its professional-grade imaging and video capabilities.
Vivo X300 Pro to Feature Hybrid Frame-HDR Technology
According to the official Weibo account, the Vivo X300 Pro will feature a 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary rear sensor and Vivo’s proprietary Hybrid Frame-HDR technology, offering over 100 dB HDR.
The phone also supports gimbal-level anti-shake stabilization and 120 FPS dual-track EIS, delivering smoother handheld video recording.

Vivo is collaborating with MediaTek to integrate Imagiq’s video pipeline bottom-layer reconstruction, enabling advanced video processing on the X300 Pro. The device is also expected to support multi-focal-length Dolby Vision recording and Dolby Vision 4K at 120 FPS cinematic slow motion.
Additionally, the smartphone will offer 4K Movie Portrait and 4K at 60 FPS 10-bit log video across all focal lengths. Vivo has also confirmed that the X300 Pro will support 4K at 120 FPS Dolby Vision video editing in CapCut, making it a comprehensive tool for creators to shoot and edit high-quality content directly on the device.

In addition, Vivo has confirmed that the X300 Pro will feature a 200MP custom Samsung HPB Thanos periscope telephoto sensor. Leaks also suggest the phone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 and equipped with a 6.78-inch QHD+ 120Hz quad-curved AMOLED display. A 7,000mAh battery is expected to support all these features.
Currently, this is all that is officially known about the upcoming flagship. With the launch expected between October and November 2025, more details are likely to emerge in the coming weeks.
