iQOO’s next premium smartphone, the iQOO 15, appears to be a power-packed device featuring the brand’s signature design and performance elements. After teasing several key specifications, the company has now revealed the official launch schedule for the handset.
The iQOO 15 is set to debut on October 20, 2025.
According to iQOO’s official Weibo announcement, the company will unveil its next flagship smartphone in China on October 20. The launch will take place at an in-person event in Shenzhen, beginning at 7:00 PM CST (4:30 PM IST). iQOO has teased that the upcoming model will represent not only a major upgrade in name but also a significant boost in performance, marking a true generational leap for the series.
Additionally, in a separate post on Weibo, iQOO confirmed that the smartphone will be available for purchase right from the launch day. This means fans in China have just 11 days left to get their hands on the upcoming iQOO 15.
As for its specifications, staying true to its flagship reputation, the iQOO 15 will be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. It will also feature the upgraded iQOO Q3 gaming chip, marking it as the third device in the number series to adopt a dual-chip configuration.
The smartphone is also expected to be the first to feature the Samsung M14 2K Everest OLED display, offering a 144 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 6,000 nits. Impressively, it can also dim down to just 1 nit.
Other confirmed specifications include support for iQOO 15 wireless charging, an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, IP68 and IP69 ratings, a USB-C 3.2 charging port, and a periscope camera.
