- Location: Just west of Fort Zancudo

All things considered, the Lago Zancudo Bunker is a solid investment. While it’s situated a fair distance from Los Santos, its proximity to the main freeway makes travel efficient and relatively smooth. Plus, being right next to Fort Zancudo the military base known for its fighter jets adds a cool factor and strategic appeal.

Centrally located, it sits near both the Senora and Los Santos Freeways, making trips to and from the city quick and efficient. Its secluded placement, surrounded by natural foliage, adds a layer of stealth and charm that many players appreciate.
However, this bunker isn’t without flaws. A frustrating in-game bug causes personal vehicles to spawn on the nearby freeway, often forcing you to trek a fair distance just to reach them. Considering the steep price tag, this inconvenience is hard to ignore and detracts from an otherwise top-tier location.
2. Thompson Scrapyard Bunker
- Location: Northeast of the Thompson Scrapyard
- Price: $2,290,000
This bunker gets high marks for its excellent location right beside the Los Santos Freeway making trips into the city smooth and fast. It’s also located in a relatively calm area, which reduces interference from other players. Plus, there’s just something cool about running an underground weapons operation out of a dusty old scrapyard. A fantastic mix of functionality and flair.

Claiming the top spot is the Chumash Bunker and for good reason. It’s the closest option to the city and sits right off the coast with a stunning ocean view. Despite its scenic setting, this bunker is all business. Quick access to Los Santos means faster missions and easier logistics. Surprisingly affordable and strategically superior, Chumash is the perfect balance between convenience, performance, and price.
