Fortunately, Last Epoch doesn’t impose any restrictions on respeccing passive points, recognizing and accommodating players’ desire to experiment with different builds. Upon reaching the Keeper’s Calm for the first time, players will find themselves surrounded by various NPCs in the area.
When approaching the fast-travel zone, players will encounter an NPC named “Chronomancer Lerinne,” identified by a symbol depicting a human head with a brain on top. Likewise, every major hub area features an NPC with the same icon available to assist players.
Interacting with these NPCs presents players with the option to “Respecialize Mastery Points.” It’s important to note that respeccing passives requires payment of a certain amount of gold, which increases with each reset and is determined by the current level of passive nodes.
