The Sweet Dreams Preview, Honkai Star Rail’s most unconventional trailer for Penacony yet, unveiled the story of the Great Tatalov, a peculiar figure known as the Garbage King. Tatalov holds the titles of both King and Manager of all the waste in Penacony.
