Given Samsung’s commitment to up to four years of updates, if you’ve recently acquired a Samsung phone, chances are it could qualify for the One UI 6.0 update. Regarding update timelines, the rollout of the One UI 6.0 update has commenced for Samsung’s newest flagship line, including the S23 series. Following suit, the update is slated for imminent release to the latest Fold and Flip series devices. Similarly, anticipated by the end of December 2023, the update is earmarked for older Samsung flagships like the S22 series, alongside the company’s recent and previous-year flagship tablets, the Tab S9 and S8 series.

For the mid-range segment encompassing the A and M series, the arrival of the One UI 6.0 update is anticipated to span from December this year to at least February, contingent upon the device’s age. However, these timelines may fluctuate based on geographical location, and these estimates serve as approximate timeframes.

Samsung adheres to a policy of offering four years of significant software updates for both its flagship and mid-range devices. Therefore, if your phone is relatively new or a few years old, there’s a good likelihood that it could qualify for the One UI 6.0 update.
