Battery life has seen a significant improvement, with the Hero 12 Black providing up to twice the runtime of the Hero 11 Black when shooting in 5.3K resolution. The camera is equipped with a cold-weather Enduro battery. It features dual LCD screens, supports AirPods or other Bluetooth-enabled earbuds for recording audio, and introduces the new TimeCode Sync functionality for synchronizing multiple Hero 12 Black cameras.
