HoYoverse has officially shared Cipher’s Drip Marketing, confirming her arrival in Honkai: Star Rail 3.3. Cipher will be a 5-star Nihility character with the Quantum damage type. She is also a demi-god and a Chrysos Heir, wielding the Coreflame of Trickery and the Divine Authority of Zagreus. Her Drip Marketing reveal offers intriguing insights into her character, so let’s dive into the details.
HSR 3.3 Cipher’s Drip Marketing
Cifera, also known as Cipher, is a rogue from the city of Dolos. According to the latest Honkai: Star Rail 3.3 Drip Marketing, she is nicknamed the “Fleet-Footed Thief Star Ciferia,” hinting at a possibly notorious past.
The Drip Marketing further reveals that Dolos is a lawless city where 300 rogues live without answering to anyone. Cipher has already completed her Flame Chasing journey and successfully reclaimed the Coreflame of Trickery from Zagreus.

Cipher has yet to make an appearance in the Honkai: Star Rail story, though she has been mentioned a few times by Aglaea. Since she is set to be featured in the upcoming HSR 3.3 banners, it’s likely that Cipher will debut in Honkai: Star Rail 3.2 similar to how Anaxa appeared in version 3.1 before her banner release.
Additionally, based on the Drip Marketing order, Cipher is expected to be featured in the second half of the HSR 3.3 banners, with Hyacine taking the spotlight in the first half.
Cipher’s kit has also been leaked recently, revealing her as a Follow-up Attack DPS with an Ultimate that deals True Damage. If her leaked abilities remain unchanged, Cipher could be an ideal pairing with Feixiao, though she may also prove valuable in other team compositions.
